## One-on-one life skills coaching

Ages 13+

One-on-one coaching for teens and young adults with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, executive functioning difficulties and learning differences who feel stuck and need a road map toward independence. Coaches work on executive functioning (organization, time management, self-monitoring), academic supports such as coursework, note-taking, study skills and applications, internships and careers, life skills (money management, cooking, public transportation, self-advocacy), health and wellness, and social connections including dating and relationship coaching. Coaching takes place at home, school, work and in the community. Related services include a free virtual Parent-to-Parent support group on the first and third Thursday at 6pm, parent and family coaching with the Clinical Director, and therapy through The Help Group's Lumina Counseling.
