## Child and teen psychiatry

Psychiatric evaluation and medication management for children and teens, run by John Stewart, MD PhD, who also sees adults. Medication is presented as one tool among several, to be combined with regular exercise, good nutrition, social connection, play and laughter. The child or teen initial assessment is two 60-minute sessions: one with the parent over Zoom and one with the child or teen in person, for $900. Follow-up medication management is $300 for 20 minutes, $600 for 35 minutes or $900 for 50 minutes. The practice is in-network only with Aetna. Virtual and in-person appointments are available at the Wilshire Boulevard office in Santa Monica, and a free 10-minute consultation can be requested first.
