Franklin Elementary is a public elementary school in Santa Monica, run by the Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District, serving preschool through fifth grade. It is an in-person campus at 2400 Montana Avenue and follows the traditional elementary program rather than a magnet or language model. Tuition is free because it is a state-funded public school.
