## Art birthday parties

Ages 6–17

Alyce's Art Studio at 3011 Ocean Park Blvd in Santa Monica offers art birthday parties for kids ages 6 to 17. The studio teaches fine art drawing and painting, and its classes, camps, teen portfolio programs and manga drawing all sit under the same art-focused approach. The curriculum encourages self-expression while building on traditional skills and contemporary ideas. All instructors are degree-holding, gallery-exhibited working artists. The studio was founded in Manhattan Beach in 2011 by artist and educator Alyce Marie and says it has taught more than 4,000 kids and teens. Teen students have exhibited work in galleries across Los Angeles. Studio hours at both locations are Monday to Friday, 12:00 to 6:30 PM. Call (310) 399-1283 to book.
