## Dance and movement therapy classes

Ages 3+

Dance and movement therapy for neurodivergent and differently-abled children, including autistic, ADHD, sensory-sensitive, non-verbal and emotionally complex kids. Sessions are child-led rather than following a strict curriculum, and blend creative movement, play, music, mindfulness, somatic techniques and Reiki, with custom setups of swings, mats and art (Swing Flow™ Therapy). Parent & Me groups are Tiny Movers (ages 3–6) and Groovy Movers (6–12), where a caregiver takes part throughout. Semi-private sessions pair 2–3 dancers, private classes are one-on-one, and teen and adult groups (13+) add ballet, jazz and contemporary technique. No prior dance experience or spoken language is needed. Run by Adriana Fernandes in Santa Monica; the site says applications are always open. Westside Regional Center vendor.
