## Kids Martial Arts (Littles, Juniors, Youth)

Ages 4–17

Kids classes in Rocklin blend boxing, karate and Muay Thai, taught with proper form and strong fundamentals. Classes are grouped as Littles (ages 4-7), Juniors (8-11) and Youth (12-17), with some Thursday classes combining ages. Each cycle, coaches focus on one of the CHAMPS values (confident, healthy, achieving, mindful, perseverant, strong) and send students home with a challenge to build good habits. Sparring is kept light. Students work toward a black belt through ranks. Classes meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the afternoon and early evening. Memberships are once or twice a week, with family discounts, no registration fees and no belt promotion fees. The first class is free.

## About ComboFit Champs

ComboFit Champs is a martial arts gym in Rocklin that teaches a blend of boxing, karate and Muay Thai.
