## Pediatric Speech & Language Therapy

Speech and language evaluation and treatment for children, from early intervention (birth to three, delivered through a parent-coaching model in the child's natural environment) to school-age services. Areas covered are articulation, phonology, expressive and receptive language, pragmatics, apraxia, fluency and voice. Families start with a free 30-minute consultation, then intake forms and an evaluation using standardized and informal measures, followed by an individual treatment plan. Sessions are one-on-one with a licensed clinician, and small groups are available. Clinicians also train families in ASL, PECS and AAC devices and help connect them with agencies for device assessment and funding. Services are offered in-home, virtually, in other natural environments and in clinic. The practice is vendored with Alta California and Far Northern Regional Centers for early intervention.
