## Child and family play therapy

Ages 2+ · $200/session

Play-based mental health therapy for children and teens ages 2 to 18 and their families, drawing on play therapy, family therapy, video game therapy, walk and talk therapy, art therapy, EMDR, CBT, DBT, PCIT, mindfulness, sand tray and narrative techniques. Social skills training and ABA are also listed among services. Sessions are offered in the Porter Ranch office, as home-based play therapy where the therapist visits the family, or as virtual TelePlay, with parents taking part by the child's age. It begins with a 60-minute family intake ($220), then 55-minute sessions ($200). Parent coaching is also offered. In-network with UnitedHealthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Shield of California, Aetna and Cigna; superbills are provided.

## Psychological testing for children

Comprehensive psychological testing for children and teens ages 2 to 18, used to evaluate and diagnose autism, ADHD, learning disorders and other developmental delays. The evaluation includes testing sessions, analysis of findings and a full written report, with guidance on next steps for an intervention plan. Fees run about $2,800 to $3,800 depending on the number and type of evaluations; a 50% deposit is due at the first session and the balance before the feedback session. Insurance does not typically cover testing, according to the practice. Offered by a Porter Ranch practice led by a clinical psychologist.
