## Teen Executive Function Coaching

Ages 13–17 · $60–$150/session

Virtual executive function coaching for teens who avoid starting tasks, forget assignments, shut down when overwhelmed or rely on constant parent reminders. Sessions are practical: the coach and teen look at what isn't working, build a simpler system, test small changes and adjust over time. Teens start with 45-minute sessions and may move to 30-minute maintenance sessions. An optional weekly accountability add-on includes up to 30 minutes of check-ins by email, text or phone between sessions. New clients begin with a full trial session with no pressure to continue. Sessions are offered evenings, Fridays and Saturdays. Sessions are $90 for 45 minutes, $60 for 30 minutes, or $150 for a 45-minute session plus weekly accountability. Step Up for Students scholarship funds can be used.
