## Connected Coaching (executive function coaching)

Ages 6+

Virtual one-on-one coaching over Zoom for neurodivergent students. Basics of EF serves elementary students, Connected Coaching serves grade 5 through college with executive function, academic systems, self-advocacy and SAT/ACT prep, and Life Launch serves ages 18–30. Students are matched with one coach and work through four stages: connection, reflection, practice and ownership. Parents follow goals and progress notes in a coaching portal. Families start with a free call, then a 90-minute intake with documents such as evaluations and IEPs. Six months to a school year is typical, with no long-term contracts. Coaching is not covered by insurance; the practice is a vendor for several state scholarship programs. Coaches are available Monday–Thursday and Saturday–Sunday, Eastern Time.

- Subjects: Executive function coaching, Study skills, Self-advocacy, ACT & SAT prep
- Levels: Elementary school, Middle school, High school, College and Young adult
- Where: online

## About Russell Coaching

Russell Coaching was founded in 2009 in Tampa, Florida by Dr. Norrine Russell, who holds an MA and PhD in education and youth development. It offers one-on-one Connected Coaching, entirely online over Zoom, for students with ADHD, autism, anxiety, learning differences and giftedness. Each student is matched with one coach trained in the Connected Coaching method, a four-stage framework of connection, reflection, practice and ownership. Coaching is not therapy, tutoring or insurance-billable. The practice works with families across the country.
