## One-on-one adaptive sports and inclusive training

Up to age 21

Personalized one-on-one adaptive training for children and adults of all abilities and levels. A trainer comes to the family's home, or leads a live video session on iPad, laptop or phone for families who prefer remote support or live outside the service area. Exercises are adapted to each person's abilities, goals and comfort level, with a focus on strength and mobility, coordination and sport skills (boxing pad-work, yoga and tai chi), confidence and independence, and routine and motivation. Art and music sessions add creative expression. Regional Center and Self-Determination Program participants are welcome. Getting started takes a call or email, then a short conversation about goals, schedule and preferences, and sessions begin in-home or virtual.
