## About Refugees Community Services Association (RCSA)

RCSA is a local nonprofit that runs youth and adult flag football leagues, camps and clinics in North Sacramento and Natomas. It started in 2017 with six teams and about 48 kids. Its stated aim is a youth sports league open to children regardless of ability to pay, with positive coaching that de-emphasizes winning. It offers scholarships and relies on volunteer coaches, referees and scorekeepers.
