## Pediatric speech and language therapy

Ages 1–7

Play-based, child-led speech and language therapy for children ages 18 months to 7 years, with caregiver coaching built into sessions. The practice supports late talkers, kids who are hard to understand, autistic and neurodivergent children, and nonspeaking children exploring AAC (communication devices and tools), as well as kids transitioning out of Early Start. Children 18 months to 3 years with an active Early Start referral are served at no cost to families through Eastern Los Angeles Regional Center, at home or in the Monterey Park clinic. Ages 18 months to 7 can come to the clinic through insurance (in-network with Cigna, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare and Anthem Blue Cross) or private pay with superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. Sessions are available in English, Spanish and Mandarin. A free 15-minute consultation comes first. Clinic hours are Monday to Thursday, 9am to 6pm.
