Non-profit outpatient counseling center in West Los Angeles, open since 1996, offering individual, couples and family therapy at low fees. It is vendored with Lanterman Regional Center for counseling services, so eligible families can use regional center funding. Parents can also find parenting classes, monitored visitation and exchange, and assessments at the same site, and the center says insurance is accepted. Telehealth is available for individual sessions and groups. The center says it looks at the whole person rather than only symptoms. Much of its other work is adult-focused (drug and alcohol treatment, domestic violence, anger management, drug testing), so families should look to the therapy, parenting and monitored visitation services. Posted hours are Monday to Thursday 9am to 3:30pm, Friday 9am to 2:30pm and Sunday 9am to 2pm.
