## Pediatric OT, PT and speech-language therapy

Up to age 21

Individual occupational therapy, physical therapy and speech-language therapy for children and adolescents with diagnoses including autism, cerebral palsy, ADHD, developmental coordination disorder, Down syndrome, sensory processing differences and other developmental delays. Occupational therapists hold master's and doctoral degrees with training in Sensory Integration, Neuro Developmental Treatment and feeding. Speech-language pathologists are ASHA-certified, with training in PROMPT, Hanen and Sensory Integration, and treat apraxia, language delays, articulation, stuttering, selective mutism and social-pragmatic difficulties. Sessions can be one-on-one, group or consultation; speech care is clinic-based, with home, school and community visits. Formal evaluations and early intervention are offered. Funding includes regional centers, school districts and Self-Determination funds. Summer intensive sessions of 4, 8 or 12 weeks give five individual sessions a week. ## Group programs: TWISPP, TWO Steps and Kid Scouts

Ages 1+

Group programs at the pLAy Studio. TWISPP (Therapy West Integrated Specialized Play Program) is a center-based early intervention group program with support from specialists, for children 18 to 36 months. TWO Steps is a transitional program for the same ages that moves children from individual therapy into a group setting. Kid Scouts is a community participation and social skills program for ages 5 to 18 with their parents. Families are encouraged to tour the facility and watch a session before joining, and a program coordinator answers questions. To enroll in group therapy, email twispp@therapywest.org.
