## Pediatric speech, feeding and lactation therapy

Up to age 21

Speech-language pathology and feeding therapy for infants and children, with services for adults as well. Children are seen for unclear speech or voice changes, language and cognitive difficulties (attention, memory, problem solving) linked to conditions such as stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, cerebral palsy and chromosomal anomalies, plus dysphagia and picky or selective eating. As an IBCLC, Tatiana Maldonado also offers lactation support: weighted feeds, bottle transitions and the move to solids, including for infants with NICU history, prematurity or medical complexity. Care is in the family's home across greater Los Angeles (a travel fee applies beyond 10 miles from Downtown LA) or online anywhere in California. Services are offered in Spanish and English. The practice is out-of-network: it provides superbills for reimbursement and accepts FSA and HSA cards. A free 15-minute discovery call is available.
