## Speech therapy, AAC and autism communication support

Speech-language evaluation and ongoing weekly therapy for expressive and receptive language, articulation, fluency, early communication and social communication, with a strengths-based approach for autistic clients that covers echolalia and gestalt language. AAC services include evaluation, device exploration, vocabulary planning, partner training and school carryover, and nonspeaking and minimally speaking clients are a core part of the work. Early intervention coaching helps parents of toddlers and young children use strategies in daily routines. Sparkle also does independent educational evaluations, compensatory hour reviews and nonpublic agency school services. Care is at the Glendora clinic and by telehealth. Insurance named includes Kaiser, Cigna, Aetna and LA Care; regional center clients and school districts are also served. No autism diagnosis is needed to ask for an evaluation.
