## Clay Birthday Parties

Birthday parties at the studio centre on wet clay. In the first hour each child makes a project, such as a mask, treasure box, ceramic animal, wall hanging, bowl or name placard. After a refreshment break, held in the outdoor sculpture garden in good weather, the children glaze their pieces. The studio fires the work and it is usually ready for pickup within a week. Parties are for groups of 6 to 10 children ages 5 and up and cost $35 per child. Sundays are set aside for parties, and other times can be arranged around the class schedule. The studio has a refrigerator for refreshments, and families can call to talk through their own ideas.
