## Center-Based ABA Therapy

Up to age 17

ABA therapy for children with autism at the Elk Grove center, tailored to each child's strengths and challenges. ACES runs an Early Learners program for ages 0-5 and an after-school social skills program for school-age children 6 and up. Therapy is play-based and individualized, begins with a comprehensive assessment, and includes sharing progress, coaching and parent and family training so goals carry into home and community. The center is open Monday to Friday 8:00am to 7:30pm and Saturday 9:00am to 5:00pm. ACES says it is in-network with over 100 insurance plans and verifies benefits before services start; school district or state funding and private pay are also possible.

## About ACES ABA

ACES provides ABA therapy for children with autism, and says it began in 1996 when special education teacher Kristin Farmer built a model classroom for autistic children and then extended support into homes. It offers center-based early learner programs for ages 0-5, after-school social skills programs for ages 6 and up, school-based ABA, home-based ABA and caregiver training, in centers across many states.
