## Art Camps

Art camp · Ages 6–12 · $405–$450/week · 9am–3pm

Campers rotate through three classes each day: Visual Arts, Exploration and Performance. Visual Arts and Exploration work goes into a Friday gallery show, and the Performance class builds an original collaborative performance for family and friends. Each week has three teachers (local, contemporary artists) and three teaching assistants, with 36 campers in three age or grade groups of 12. Camps run several weeks of summer and one winter-break week; there are none at Thanksgiving or spring break. Registration is first-come, first-served, with a waitlist for full weeks; the camp has a no-nuts policy.

## Family Draw weekly drawing class

Art class · Ages 4+ · $10/class

Weekly drop-in drawing class where children and their families draw together after school, following creative prompts and trying different materials. Past classes used charcoal, pencil, watercolor, ink, colored pencils, collage and markers. Taught by JJ Jorgenson, a wildlife artist and travel sketcher based in Los Angeles. Meets Wednesdays 4pm-5pm starting September 16, 2026, for ages 4 and up, and all experience levels are welcome. The fee is $10 per participant per class and includes all materials; an adult who joins the class with a child pays too. Registration is online. The center also offers a free virtual Drawing Lab on Zoom for ages 13+ on Mondays, plus weekend workshops.
