## Dyslexia and psychoeducational testing

Up to age 17

Testing looks at reading, writing and language processing: phonological awareness, decoding and fluency, spelling and writing, working memory, processing speed and executive functioning. It is usually done as part of a broader psychoeducational assessment, and neuropsychological testing is also offered to separate dyslexia from other cognitive factors. Results give a diagnosis or rule dyslexia out, and recommendations for school accommodations such as IEPs and 504 Plans, structured reading supports and learning strategies. Sessions are in person at the Beverly Hills or downtown Los Angeles office. The practice says insurance often declines testing, so families should expect to pay out of pocket; the fee depends on the questions being addressed and the extent of testing.

## Individual and family therapy

Up to age 17 · $200–$475/session

Therapists and psychologists offer one-on-one therapy for children, adolescents and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, burnout, ADHD, ASD, trauma and PTSD, plus couples and family therapy. The practice also offers high-conflict family services such as co-parenting and family reunification therapy. Individual sessions range from $200 to $475 depending on the clinician, and family therapy costs more. The practice is in network only with Cigna/Evernorth, and clients with any PPO plan can get a superbill for reimbursement or use Mentaya for out-of-network claims. Teletherapy is available across California. The clinicians describe themselves as trauma-informed and neurodivergent affirmative.

- Individual therapy fee depends on the clinician; couple or family therapy costs more.
