## Executive Function Coaching for Students

Ages 14+ · $650–$1,500/month

Weekly online coaching sessions over Zoom that help students build planning, prioritizing, time management, motivation and emotional regulation skills using a structured, metacognitive approach tailored to each student. It serves high school and college students and young adults, with or without an ADHD diagnosis. Three monthly tiers: Foundation at $650 (four 50-minute sessions), Accelerated at $1,200 (eight sessions) and Intensive at $1,500 (eight sessions plus eight 15-minute live check-ins). All tiers include unlimited async messaging with same-day response on business days, a personalized strategy plan and a monthly progress review. Coaching is month to month with no minimum commitment. A free 30-minute consultation comes first, and group coaching is also offered.

## About Executive Functions Coach

Executive Functions Coach was founded in 2017 by Yi Chang, who trained in clinical psychology after graduating from UCLA in 2015. It added its first additional coach in 2018 and says it has worked with over 500 families. Coaching is aimed at high school students, college students, young adults and professionals who struggle with planning, time management, motivation and follow-through, with or without an ADHD diagnosis. Sessions are held online over Zoom, and the practice also lists an office in Simi Valley that is open by appointment only.
