Leadership development for grades 6 to 12, September through May. Members meet at City Hall on the third Tuesday of each month (grades 6-8 at 5 p.m., grades 9-12 at 6 p.m.), volunteer at community events, assist with city programs and take part in service projects; members must fulfil the volunteer commitments they sign up for.
