Families start with a consultation with a clinician, which is not an assessment. A multidisciplinary team then recommends either a comprehensive assessment or dynamic assessment and therapy. The comprehensive assessment runs over about a week in sessions of 1.5 to 2 hours with psychology, ABA, speech and occupational therapy specialists, followed by a review meeting with parents and the start of 1:1 therapy. ABA is supervised by board-certified behavior analysts, with Registered Behavior Technicians delivering sessions. Parent and caregiver training is ongoing, client teams meet monthly, and ABA progress is re-assessed quarterly. Other services include speech therapy, occupational therapy and sensory integration, social groups, learning support and school shadowing. Services are offered in multiple languages.
