Behavior technicians work 1:1 with the child on those goals, at a 1:1 technician-to-child ratio, and weekly hours are set from the assessment findings. Methods named are Discrete Trial Training, Pivotal Response Training and Natural Environment Teaching; part of the time goes to table work on skills such as receptive language, imitation and requesting, and a larger portion goes to natural-environment teaching for social and group skills. Parents are trained by a supervisor or BCBA through modeling and role play. Services are offered in-home, in the community and via telehealth. Most health insurance plans are accepted, and private pay is also available. The process starts with a diagnosis from the child's doctor, then a call to the office.","categories":["aba-therapy"],"ages":{"min":0,"max":21},"format":"in-person","health":{"specialties":["Applied behavior analysis","One-on-one ABA therapy","Parent training","Initial assessment"],"practitioners":["Lorena Flores, M.A., BCBA","Nicki Williams, BCBA","Liz Barham, BCBA"],"npi":"1639891781"},"traits":{"specialNeeds":"focused","conditions":["autism","behavior"],"delivery":["in-home","community","school"],"groupSize":["one-on-one"],"ratio":1,"telehealth":true,"assessment":true,"methods":["discrete-trial","pivotal-response","naturalistic-aba","verbal-behavior"],"feel":"An ABA agency run by BCBAs that starts with an assessment, pairs each child with a 1:1 technician and trains parents alongside.","topics":["parent-training","fba","discrete-trial-training","pivotal-response-training","natural-environment-teaching","verbal-behavior","woman-owned"],"goals":["social","life-skills"]}}],"source":{"url":"https://www.grow-aba.com/","name":"NPPES NPI registry, September 2026","fetched":"2026-10-12"},"updated":"2026-10-12","checked":null,"closed":null,"sample":false}
