## About Park Century School

Park Century School began in 1968, when founder Sheila Cohn could not find a program for her son's learning differences and opened a specialized school in the living room of a Century City apartment. It later moved to Santa Monica and now has a purpose-designed campus in Culver City. It is a nonprofit K-8 private school with more than 100 students, most with language-based learning challenges, commonly dyslexia and ADHD. Teachers build a customized program for each child, and the school also offers social-emotional support, a parents association and parent education events.
