## ABA and autism therapy for children and teens

Ages 1+

Autism therapy built around Applied Behavior Analysis, with therapists and behavioral specialists working alongside board-certified behavior analysts. It is offered to children from 18 months through adolescence and starts with a consultation and assessment, then an individualized plan. Sessions can use structured learning, communication practice and play-based activities, with social skills and daily living skills as targets; the site says hours range from about 5 to 40 a week depending on need. Parents and caregivers are coached to carry skills into home life, and progress is reported after each session. Therapy takes place in Liberty's clinics or at home, and virtual care is available when appropriate. Speech and language therapy is also offered for delayed speech, ADHD, developmental delay and social communication. Paid through regional centers (the seed is on the North LA County Regional Center list), Medi-Cal select plans, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Health Net, Scan, Beacon and TriWest. Liberty also serves adults.
