## In-home ABA therapy

Up to age 21

In-home ABA for children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental diagnoses, with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst designing each child's program and a team of registered behavior technicians and BCBAs working one-on-one with the child. Sessions use positive reinforcement, data collection and behavior modification to teach replacement skills and reduce behaviors such as tantrums and self-harm. Services take place in the family's home and, depending on need, in the community, childcare and school settings. Session length varies from thirty minutes to several hours around the family's schedule. Supervisors train parents and caregivers in the basics of ABA and how to carry out interventions. Functional behavior assessments are done in the home to set goals. The agency says sessions are guided by the client and that assent is central. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 7:30pm; the first step is a consultation call.
