## Speech and language therapy

Ages 1+

School-based and in-home speech and language therapy from licensed speech-language pathologists, for children from early childhood through adolescence. Services cover articulation, phonology, receptive and expressive language, pragmatics and social communication, apraxia of speech, fluency, voice, auditory processing, reading and writing comprehension and cognitive-communication. The practice supports children with autism, developmental delays, processing disorders and other speech and language challenges. It offers comprehensive evaluations and written reports for ages 1-18, short 15-minute group screenings to decide whether a full evaluation is needed, and social skills work on social rules and body language. In schools it uses push-in and pull-out models and joins IEP meetings when appropriate; in-home therapy in Los Angeles involves the family. As a CDE-certified nonpublic agency it is paid by school districts. A free consultation is offered.
