## CBT and PCIT for children, teens and families

Ages 3+ · $425/session

Individual and family therapy for anxiety and related concerns, led by a board-certified child and adolescent psychologist. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is offered for youth ages 7 and up, covering anxiety, social anxiety, OCD, phobias, depression, selective mutism and separation anxiety, and can include caregivers. Parent-Child Interaction Therapy is for families with children ages 3 to 6 with behavioral concerns, anxiety or selective mutism; caregivers are coached in real time through headphones, and it is currently virtual only. Care starts with a 10 to 15 minute phone consultation and a diagnostic evaluation, then weekly 45 to 50 minute sessions. The practice is out-of-network only, at $425 per session, with monthly superbills for reimbursement.
